I have authored a draft bill to provide significant pay increases for American soldiers and to
invest in enhanced battlefield safety measures.
Our American soldiers are underpaid. We will increase their pay by 40% across all branches
and ranks. I will also introduce legislation for life-saving technology on the battlefield. Below is the draft bill I authored called the “Valor Enhancement Act”
Fair Pay Increase
• 40% pay increase for all active-duty service members
• Additional 20% combat pay for personnel in active combat zones
• Adjusted annually for inflation to maintain purchasing power
Battlefield Safety First
• Mandate modern protective equipment for all deployed personnel
• Enhanced medical support in combat zones
• Zero tolerance for unsafe deployment conditions
Valor Enhancement Act — Summary

Compensation
● Provides a 40% pay increase across all branches and ranks of the U.S. military.
● Soldiers actively participating in war operations (air, sea, or land) receive an additional 20% pay increase, bringing their total to 60%.
Battlefield Evacuation Technology
● Funds development and deployment of advanced robotic ground drones to evacuate injured soldiers.
● Invests in aerial drone technology for rapid battlefield airlift of wounded service members.
Protective Equipment
● Provides leg and thigh protective Kevlar to reduce vulnerability in combat.
● Expands to enhanced body armor using advanced Kevlar and modern protective materials to improve both safety and mobility.
Overall Goal
The Act ensures that U.S. service members are better compensated, better
protected, and better supported with cutting-edge technology on the battlefield.
