Sean’s Plan

Hutchinson on Immigration

I love immigrants, and America should welcome more immigrants while maintaining border safety. My draft bill proposes amnesty for undocumented immigrants without criminal records or pending investigations for violent crimes, sex crimes, or theft. This bill offers smart border solutions and the use of non-military drones for border monitoring. Together, we can build a secure and sensible immigration policy that honors our values without masked ICE soldiers terrorizing families and children. We can have real immigration policies and be kind to immigrants at the same time. Please read the draft bill I authored below.

Amnesty and Pathway to Citizenship

  • Provides amnesty for undocumented immigrants already in the U.S. without criminal history.

  • Creates a clear pathway to citizenship for those seeking a better life.

Smart Border Solutions

  • Implements smart technology and non-military drones for border monitoring.

  • Ensures security while respecting human dignity and rights.

Draft Bill Highlights:

• Amnesty for undocumented immigrants

• Smart border solutions

• Human-rights focused approach

Walls to Drones Amnesty Act (Draft Bill) By Sean Hutchinson NV D3

1. Title and Purpose

This draft may be cited as the “Walls to Drones Amnesty Act.” Its purpose is to provide a pathway to legal status and citizenship for undocumented immigrants while redirecting resources from border wall construction to

humanitarian aid and communication.

2. Eligibility Criteria

Individuals residing in the U.S. for at least five years, with no serious criminal record, and who can demonstrate community contributions are eligible to apply for amnesty.

3. Application Process

Eligible applicants can apply by submitting documentation, undergoing background checks, and paying a reasonable fee, leading to conditional residency and a pathway to citizenship.

4. Termination of Border Wall Construction

All ongoing construction of the southern border wall shall cease. Funds will be redirected to a non-military, non-lethal drone program managed by the U.S. Border Patrol.

5. Humanitarian Drones with Communication Capabilities

These drones will deliver humanitarian aid and be equipped with microphones and screens to facilitate real-time communication. Immigration Judges may guide families on whether to stay put, return home, or proceed to a pick-up location for further case processing.

6. Integration and Community Support

The Act will provide resources for language classes, legal aid, and other integration support to help new residents become full participants in American society.

To support a secure and sensible immigration policy, DONATE.

Your support will help provide amnesty and create a welcoming system for immigrants, while keeping our borders safe with compassion. I believe families and children should not live in fear of aggressive enforcement by masked ICE agents abducting them.
