Allow trans soldiers to serve their country.
Trump and his loyal puppets put a cruel and disgusting ban in place that stopped transgender soldiers from serving. Some had to leave the military immediately, losing the careers they had worked hard to build. To address this, I drafted a bill to make sure any patriotic American can serve. The All American in Service Act would allow anyone, no matter their sex or gender, to join the military and serve in any combat role, as long as their commanding officer agrees. Former transgender service members could return at their previous rank if they pass the usual tests and requirements. See my draft bill below.
Full military service in all combat situations for all Americans regardless of gender identity
Reinstatement opportunities for previously discharged service members
Merit-based evaluation for all positions
Equal opportunity for patriotic service
Purpose and Intent:
The All Americans in Service Act is designed to ensure that every American who wishes to serve in the United States military can do so, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.
Key Provisions:
1. Equal Opportunity to Serve:
All individuals, including transgender individuals and those of any gender identity, are eligible to enlist and serve if they meet standard military requirements.
2. Non-Discrimination Policies:
Discrimination based on gender identity, sexual orientation, or gender expression is prohibited in all aspects of military service.
3. Medical and Administrative Support:
The military will provide necessary medical care and administrative support so all service members can serve openly and with dignity.
4. Training and Education:
Mandatory inclusivity training will be implemented to foster a respectful and inclusive military culture.
5. Inclusion in All Combat Roles:
Qualified service members can serve in any combat role—land, air, sea, or space—once they meet the required standards and receive commander approval.
6. Restoration of Rank and Service:
Furthermore, any individual who was displaced or lost their military status due to President Trump’s executive order banning American transgender soldiers can fully reestablish their prior rank. Once they meet
any required qualifications, they may immediately rejoin at their previous level, ensuring they regain their rightful status.
Oversight and Implementation: An oversight committee will ensure compliance with these provisions and
address any issues in implementation.
Every willing and qualified American should be allowed to serve our country. Help end discrimination in the military and make make a donation.
